This is a convenient and efficient way for established patient to obtain care. Virtual visits are doctor-patient interactions conducted via the secure Patient Portal.
These virtual interactions should not be used for urgent concerns like chest pain, difficulty breathing, choking, massive bleeding, or high fever. Call 911 for any of these problems.

If you have a situation that is urgent but not life threatening and need to be seen urgently, please call the office at (425) 867-9700, or Request An Urgent Appointment.

Virtual visits can be used to address new or existing problems, e.g. to obtain lab results, uncomplicated sinus problems, recurrence of a chronic urinary tract infection, or follow-up of a chronic disease. Please be advised that if a problem is addressed via the Virtual Visit and does not resolve, you will be asked to come into the office for further assessment.

If you are a new patient and have not yet visited me in the office, it would be a disservice to you for me to address your concern via the Portal, via phone or email. Please call or visit the home page to schedule an office visit.

We make every effort to respond to Virtual Visits requests within 24 hours, but at times responses can take up to 72 hours.
