Provides information about many assistance programs available from drug manufacturers for patients who are unable to afford their medications, as well as government assistance programs and coupons.

LabCorp Lab Testing Assistance Program
Only available at LabCorp Patient Service Centers. A laboratory testing assistance program available to self-pay patients who are uninsured or whose health benefits exclude coverage for clinical laboratory testing services. Caring Voice Coalition
The Caring Voice Coalition provide need based financial assistance limited to certain disorders.

The Chronic Disease Fund
Provides information on a fund established to provide financial assistance to under-insured patients diagnosed with chronic medical conditions that require the use of expensive specialty equipment.

The HealthWell Foundation
A non-profit organization that helps individuals who are unable to afford their insurance co-payments, premiums, coinsurance or other out-of-pocket health care costs.

The Patient Access Network Foundation
A non-profit organization that helps individuals who are unable to access treatment needed due to out-of-pocket health care costs.

The Cleveland Clinic Health Information Center
A site for the general public that provides information and tools for managing your health. They also have a Health Information Specialist that can answer general health questions Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST. Closed holidays and weekends.

MedlinePlus
Hosted by the National Library of Medicine, a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), this site provides links to over 800 health topics, short articles, a medical encyclopedia (A.D.A.M )that includes images and video, drug and supplement information, a medical dictionary, and patient education tutorials. Availavle in multiple languages.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration
