OMT is a hands-on approach used to diagnose, treat and even prevent musculoskeletal, visceral and systemic problems.
Management with OMT allows a patient to become more aware of how their bodies work and move and over time, they are able to
detect restrictions or abnormalities. Although many techniques are used, they all employ some combination of
muscle and/or joint manipulation, stretching, breathing exercises and resistance.
